The hotel we stayed at exceeded all expectations with its luxurious amenities and hospitable service. the spa and wellness centre was the perfect location to unwind, offering an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and a Turkish bath. It had a garden area that was well-groomed, making for a serene experience. the breakfast buffet served in the beautiful restaurant was delicious, with plenty of choices and waitstaff that knew our drink preferences. the exclusive room advantages, private facilities and either location or beach access was definitely worth the premium price.
That our room size was tight, making it a bit uncomfortable with large pieces of luggage. this was a minor issue compared to the array of pros the hotel offered.

Best aspects were the immaculate cleanliness, great hotel facilities, and friendly staff. The location was perfect for exploring all main attractions in this city, as it was situated on a pedestrian street within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of healthy options and tasty treats.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

Located in the heart of Porto's historic area, this hotel offers a combination of modern and old-world charm. The lobby is a beautiful mix of history and modern amenities. Guests can enjoy the fantastic view of the city while relaxing in the sauna and pool area. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast has an array of local delicacies - including the popular pastel de nata.
Some guests may find that the spa area needs maintenance and could use some improvement.

My husband and I recently stayed at Portobay Flores for a week-long vacation in Porto. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, the location was perfect for exploring the city, and the rooms were beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. We were particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable, quiet atmosphere. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, and the service in the breakfast area was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto.

Great location, within walking distance to most attractions and easy access to the riverside and port houses area. Beautiful and stylish hotel, with a perfect blend of historic charm and modern design. Really clean with good service and helpful staff. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent and the food at the hotel bistro was enjoyable.
The lobby area could be a bit warmer and more inviting. There was no parking available at the hotel and the nearby public underground parking was expensive.

The room was beautiful and spacious, exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the pool was closed , but the staff was very helpful and offered us a discount at a nearby spa. I would definitely recommend Portobay to anyone visiting Porto.
